I recently read a question from someone who said they ate a grilled cheese everyday and was wondering if that’s okay. If you decided to enjoy a grilled cheese sandwich everyday you’d want to ensure you compliment it by eating a nutritious balanced diet including fruit and vegetables in order to give you the proper fuel your body needs. Whilst a good old grilled cheese a day probably wont kill you, if enjoyed them on a daily basis it would be smart to consider making adjustments to the ingredients you use in order to make it a healthier choice.

  • Look at switching out the white bread to a better alternative such as wholegrain which contains more fiber as well as many more vitamins and minerals.
