These sweet Caramilk Ricotta and Raspberry Jaffles are an irresistibly delicious dessert that can be whipped up in minutes with ease. Creamy Caramilk flavoured Ricotta paired with fresh Raspberries, sandwiched between 2 slices of brioche and toasted, Boom. These Jaffles are a Caramilk lovers ultimate treat!

It’s no secret that people absolutely love Cadburys Caramilk chocolate, in fact you could almost say it has a cult like following here in Australia. I remember a few years ago when they brought it back for a limited time and people went absolutely nuts for it! At one stage when all the supermarkets had sold you could jump online and see blocks of this highly sought after chocolate being sold for ridiculous prices as you can see below. Luckily for these Caramilk fanatics, Cadbury has brought the line back for good!

Ingredients

To make one of these delicious jaffles you will need.

  • 2 slices of brioche bread. Can be substituted with white bread if you like.
  • 15 g of Caramilk chocolate, chopped. This roughly equates to about 3 individual squares.
  • 30g or roughly 2 tablespoons of Ricotta.
  • A couple of Raspberries, sliced in half.
  • Butter.
  • Icing sugar. (Optional)

How to make Caramilk Ricotta and Raspberry Jaffles

For this recipe i am using my Sunbeam Big Fill Jaffle Maker.

1.) Preheat your Jaffle Maker.

2.) In a bowl, mix the Ricotta and chopped Caramilk chocolate.

3.) Butter both slices of Brioche bread and place them butter side down onto the Jaffle Maker.

4.) Spoon on and spread Caramilk Ricotta mix onto one of the slices and then add a few sliced Raspberries on top.

5.) Complete the sandwich by placing the other slice of Brioche on top butter side up and close the sandwich maker. Toast for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from Jaffle Maker and finish by dusting some icing sugar over the top.
